consumer issues, such as boarding, lost baggage, overbooking, ticketing,
and stats on on-time performance.

The Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) should be contacted when passengers have
concerns about airline safety. The FAA has a safety hotline for
people that have specific knowledge of alleged violations of the
Federal Aviation Regulations or other safety issues.

Air Transport Association
The ATA represents the industry on major aviation issues before
Congress, federal agencies, state legislatures, and other governmental
bodies to promote safety by coordinating industry and government
safety programs.
